CLICK Real Estate Photography – Client Policies
1. What We Do
CLICK Real Estate Photography provides professional vacation rental and real estate media:
Interior & exterior photos
Video & drone
3D tours (Matterport, Zillow, etc.)
Floor plans & virtual staging
We work with a team of trusted subcontractor photographers and videographers.
2. Booking, Invoices & Payment
You’ll receive an invoice when your shoot is booked.
The photographer will complete the shoot even if payment isn’t in yet.
We do not deliver any media until the invoice is paid in full.
Payment is due within 3 days of the invoice date.
Photos and other media are delivered through a download link by email.
We accept major credit cards and PayPal.
3. Rescheduling & Cancellations
Free reschedule/cancellation up to 12 hours before your appointment.
Changes within 12 hours of the start time are subject to a $49 fee + applicable travel fee.
If the photographer arrives and can’t access the property, they will wait up to 30 minutes. After that, a $49 fee is charged and the shoot may be cancelled or rescheduled, plus additional travel fees.
We shoot rain or shine. We will only cancel for extreme or unsafe weather. If you want to redo exteriors on a different day, an additional fee may apply.
4. Delivery Times & 24-Hour Photo Guarantee
Standard delivery:
Weekday shoots → delivered next business day
Weekend shoots → delivered on Monday
24-Hour Photography Guarantee (Photos Only)
For standard photo shoots, we guarantee delivery of your edited photos within 24 hours of the scheduled shoot time.
If we don’t deliver photos within 24 hours, the photography portion of your order is free.
This guarantee does not apply to:
Video, drone, 3D tours, floor plans, virtual staging, or heavy custom edits
Weekend/holiday shoots
Projects with extra-large scope or extended timelines (communicated in advance)
Delays caused by late payment or the property not being ready at the scheduled time
5. Copyright & Usage Rights
CLICK Real Estate Photography owns the copyright to all photos, videos, and media we create.
As the purchasing client, you receive a license to use the media to market and sell or rent the specific property.
You may use the media in your MLS, website, social media, flyers, etc.
The license cannot be transferred or resold to other agents, owners, or companies without our written permission.
We may use the media in our portfolio, website, and marketing, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If another agent, owner, builder, or company wants to use our photos, they must purchase a separate license from us.
6. Matterport 3D Tour Hosting
Matterport 3D tours are hosted free for 12 months or until the property is sold or rented (whichever comes first).
After 12 months, hosting is $75 per 6 months if you wish to keep it active.
7. Complaints & Re-Shoots
We want you to be happy with your content.
If there’s an issue with your photos or media, please notify us within 3 days of delivery.
We will review and, if appropriate, offer re-edits or a re-shoot.
After 3 days, any changes will be treated as a new project.
8. Property Access & Personal Items
Please make sure the property is clean, staged, and ready at the start time.
We are not responsible for:
Moving or styling large amounts of furniture or personal items
Loss or damage to personal belongings during the shoot
We recommend the client or agent be on-site or easily reachable by phone during the appointment.
