Mixed arrangements are fine. Some brokerages cover the base package and let agents upgrade at their own cost.

Do our agents have to use you?
No. It is opt-in. Agents who already have a photographer they like can keep using them. Most brokerages find adoption grows on its own once a few agents try it.
Is there a minimum volume?
No minimum, no monthly fee, no contract term. The 5 and 15 property thresholds set your discount tier, they are not commitments.
What does it cost the brokerage?
Nothing to set up. Under agent-billed structure, nothing at all.
What if we operate in multiple markets?
Same rate and same process across all nine markets, on one account.
How fast is delivery, really?
24 hours on photo packages. Video takes longer and we confirm exact timelines at booking.
What if an agent is not happy with a shoot?
Tell us right away. If weather affected the exterior photos, we can reshoot them on a later date, though an additional fee may apply. And delivery is guaranteed: if standard photography is not delivered within 24 hours of the shoot, the photography portion of that order is free.
The guarantee covers photography only. It does not apply to video, drone footage, 3D tours, floor plans, virtual staging, weekend shoots or holidays, or delays caused by late payment or a property that was not ready at the scheduled time.
Can you handle our whole team during a busy stretch?
We work with roughly 13 photographers across our markets and staff to demand. For large simultaneous launches, give us a week's notice.
